The Pel 31000 fencer is a 30 output joule, 45 stored joule fencer capable of fencing up to 420 acres under vegetative growth. It uses low impedence transformer technology with cyclic wave and bi polar control to increase voltage in the fence wire. It requires 10 x 5ft earth bars correctly fitted 15ft apart. It is bluetooth and wifi compatible and connects to your phone via free app. It is also remote control compatible.
